Why this exists
Most people freeze.
Public speaking is one of the few skills everyone needs, yet almost no one practices intentionally. Whether it’s a presentation, a job interview, or a high-stakes pitch that starts in an hour, most people just rehearse in their heads or talk to a mirror. Podium creates a dedicated space to practice, improve, and build the confidence you need to excel.
Podium started from a simple frustration: there was no low-stakes way to rehearse speaking out loud. Reading scripts or recording yourself on a Voice Memo felt unproductive.
So we built a room. Pick a prompt, hit record, talk for a minute, see your stats. Save the rep, and watch your fillers and pacing change over weeks. And everything fits in one single browser.

Fluency is practiced
Speaking well is learned through repetition. The more you practice, the more your brain starts to recognize what happens when you are under pressure, and this kind of awareness makes your habits easier to change.
Feedback should feel safe
People take in feedback better when they do not feel judged. Good coaching uses the growth mindset model and helps you understand what happened without turning one rough rep into a personal flaw.
Privacy lowers the pressure
Practice works better when the stakes feel manageable. Podium keeps your audio and video in your browser, so you can make mistakes without worrying where the recording goes.
